How to Find and Share Your Google Review Link

Your Google review link is a direct URL that opens the review box for your business. Sharing it is the fastest way to ask customers for feedback, whether they are standing at your counter or reading your WhatsApp message.

Find your link from Google Search

1. Sign in with the Google account that manages your business.
2. Search your exact business name on Google.
3. In the profile panel, click "Ask for reviews" (sometimes shown as "Get more reviews").
4. Copy the link that appears — it usually looks like g.page/r/... .

Find your link from Google Maps (mobile)

1. Open the Google Maps app and tap your profile picture.
2. Choose "Your Business Profiles" and select your business.
3. Open the Customers or Reviews tab and tap "Get more reviews".
4. Tap Share to copy or send the link.

Ways to share your review link

• A printed QR code at your counter, tables or packaging
• A WhatsApp or SMS message after the visit or delivery
• Email receipts and newsletters
• Your website footer and Instagram bio

A friendly message you can copy

"Hi! Thanks for visiting us today. If you enjoyed it, would you mind leaving a quick Google review? It really helps a small business like ours: [your link]"

Make the link work harder

A plain link opens an empty text box. With SmartReviewer AI, you paste your review link once and get a QR code that shows customers short, natural review suggestions they can edit before posting — and sends unhappy customers to private feedback instead. It's the same link, with far less effort for the customer.

Common problems

• No "Ask for reviews" button: your profile may not be verified yet.
• Link opens the wrong business: check you are signed in to the right account.
• Several locations: each location has its own review link — make one QR per outlet.
