Terms of Service

You must be 18+ and legally competent to contract in India. Merchant accounts must represent a real, lawfully-operated business.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secret. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. One human = one account; sharing credentials is not allowed.

You agree to use the platform in a way that complies with Google's review policies, the FTC Endorsement Guides and Indian consumer law. Specifically you will not:

• Offer any incentive (cash, discount, freebie) in exchange for a review.
• Post fake reviews or reviews written for a business other than your own.
• Filter or gate reviews by predicted sentiment before showing Google's link — our low-rating flow routes feedback privately but never blocks a customer from posting publicly.
• Impersonate a customer or submit reviews on their behalf.
• Use the platform for any unlawful, defamatory, hateful or infringing content.

Violation may lead to immediate suspension without refund.

The platform uses generative AI (Google Gemini) to draft review suggestions. Suggestions are drafts — the customer chooses whether to post, edit or discard. AI output may contain inaccuracies; you and the reviewing customer are responsible for the final published content.

If you connect Google, you grant us permission to read your Business Profile location and post metadata on your behalf strictly for the features described in the dashboard. You may disconnect any time. We honour Google's OAuth Limited Use requirements and never transfer Google user data to third parties for ads.

Prices are in INR and exclusive of GST unless stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Failed renewals follow the process in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We own the platform, code, brand and templates. You own your business content, logos, keywords and reviews collected. You grant us a limited licence to host and display them to run the service.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced where possible.

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost reviews, Google policy actions, or indirect damages.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your unlawful use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or trigger a chargeback without contacting us. You may close your account any time from the dashboard.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to statutory consumer forums.

We may amend these Terms; material changes will be emailed and posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
