Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Because SmartReviewer AI provides immediate access to digital assets — branded QR codes, AI review generation credits, dashboards and language packs — all payments (monthly or yearly) are final and non-refundable. Please evaluate the platform carefully before subscribing.

1. Scope

This policy applies to every subscription, add-on (such as extra keywords at ₹50/month) and renewal charged through Razorpay.

2. Why we don't refund

As soon as a subscription is activated, our systems immediately provision QR codes, AI tokens and configuration data tied to your account. These digital assets cannot be returned or recovered, which is why all sales are final.

3. Self-cancellation any time

You may cancel your active subscription at any time directly from your account:

Sign in to your dashboard.
Open Billing from the top navigation.
Click Cancel subscription.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access to all paid features until the end of the current billing period.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry for 3 days. If it still fails, your subscription is downgraded to canceled and access ends at the period boundary.

5. Disputes

Raising a chargeback without first contacting us at contact@smartreviewer.inmay result in immediate account suspension. We respond to support emails within 1 business day.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
